Wonderful experience! AirPro came out the day we called with no heat. Up and running same day even though our 10 year old unit needed to be replaced. They ensured that we had heat until were able to purchase new unit. New unit was installed and running same day. I would refer AirPro to anyone that has any Heat/Air problems.

My heater was progressively having issues, so I called AirPro Carolina with hopes of getting in before the extreme cold anticipated this coming weekend. Imagine my delight when I was able to make an appt. THE SAME DAY! They saved me from another chilly night in my house by responding promptly, arriving on time, and accurately diagnosing the problem. As I sit here in my warm house, I needed to complete this review out of sheer gratitude!

After looking through forums where HVAC professionals discuss their opinions on different, it seemed to me that no one brand of air conditioning unit was necessarily better than the others, but the quality of installation was going to play a much bigger role in whether I was going to have problems down the road. I was looking for an expert who was going to show up and do the job, not subcontract this job out to the cheapest craigslist helper.After I called Rob, the founder/owner, he promptly came to my house to quote the cost of replacing my a/c and furnace. I peppered him with questions based on my Google-degree-in-HVAC and Rob patiently shared his deep industry experience, educating without talking down to me, and informing without up-selling. I felt pretty good about cutting him a check for a several thousand dollars. About a week later, after my unit had been shipped, Rob showed up himself, with two of his regular employees, to rip out my 20+ year old unit and replace it with the behemoth I purchased.They kept the house clean while they worked. Rob only called me out once or twice for my opinion on installation matters. He didn’t seem too happy with the placement of the pad for my outdoor compressor, but the ground was pretty frozen, filled with roots, landscaping paper, and rocks, so it wasn’t the easiest to work on. I wasn’t much concerned and said where he'd placed it was fine with me, but acknowledged that it looked a little weird. The guys at AirPro probably spent a couple of hours hacking away at the ground to get the pad placement to look great, but he was right, it looked a lot better. I appreciate that they went above and beyond expectations.My new unit has only been running for a couple of weeks, but it's problem-free for what that's worth. Aside from my positive experience with the AirPro’s service, I got their UV ionizer installed. I’m particularly sensitive to smells, like if my kids throw away a banana peel and I don’t take the trash before going to bed, I’ll notice a sweet/musky/fermentation smell in the morning as soon as I go within a room of the trash. I read a lot of reviews on the device and decided to take the ~$750 gamble on it (and knowing that bulb replacements are the equivalent of ~$100/year). I absolutely love it. If you go away from your home for a few days and come back you can normally notice how your house smell to strangers, this UV ionizer pretty much completely eliminates every odor. I am still pretty amazed. The only noticeable smell is a /very/ faint smell of static, like if you rub a balloon on your hair for a minute you can smell static more than the balloon – that’s the only smell in my house. No one else in my family notices the faint static smell, but I can usually tell when the air or heat kicks on after having been off for a bit because I catch a whiff of it. It’s not like there’s any noticeable static shock effect or anything, just that sweet neutral smell of almost nothing.Anyway, A+ service from AirPro and if you’re sensitive to smells, the UV ionizer thing is absolutely worth it.

Very happy with the work Rob recently did for me. The auxiliary heat was essentially broken, and outdoor temperatures of around 20 degrees caused our indoor temperature to drop 10-12 degrees below thermostat. It was starting to get very cold inside.I went onto the AirPro website at about 6 AM and saw an option to schedule an appointment online. He was here by 9 AM. Such a good response time on. He diagnosed the issue but the part that was needed to fix it was not on his truck. He made time later in the day to come back with the part to fix the problem despite a busy schedule. A+ service!Edit: Rob continues to do great work and is very informative during each of his visits. The maintenance plan has been great.

I was looking for a few quotes to replace our heating system. AirPro sent a representative to our home quickly and it was not a high pressure salesman. The guy they sent (Rob) was knowledgeable, thorough and listened to our thoughts. Definitely recommend

Rob was very professional and came fast! I just needed an inspection of my unit since I bought a new place and he made time for me. He came suited up in full gear and made me feel safe and comfortable entering my home. He was quick and efficient and set me up on a maintenance plan. He will be back in the spring! Thanks Rob!

We had a small emergency, the AC stopped working right before we were to have a party. They showed up, took care of the issue, then we're gone before guests arrived. Super helpful and I'm so grateful they were able to come at 5:15 at night!!

I called AirPro on a Sunday morning, and they called me back within minutes.They arrived for an emergency service within an hour. The serviceman, Rob, waspolite, pleasant, and followed social-distancing practices. They cleared acondensation-line blockage and accepted a credit card for payment of the $538fee. The entire transaction was thoroughly tracked with e-mails and textmessages, and the unit has been working flawlessly ever since.

Called them on a boiling hot day and Rob was quick to answer and at my house within 2 hours. Extremely professional, friendly service and I signed up right then and there for their service plan. I'm happy to say that I have my HVAC company and I will not be using anyone else.
